The MAC6 decoiling straightener and feeder is a customized model, which is born to meet the needs of the automobile manufacturing industry and the automatic processing and production of high-tensile steel plates. This machine is mainly used for straightening materials with a thickness of 2.0~12mm. Generally, 5 sticks are used for the stick system. At present, the maximum width of the corresponding material is 2000mm.
The functions of collecting rack, leveling, and feeding are integrated, and it has the characteristics of comprehensive functions, compact structure, convenient use, high leveling and feeding precision, and less wear-resistant parts loss. A new type of uncoiling and leveling feeder specially designed for automatic feeding of medium and heavy plates with high yield strength in stamping. Generally equipped with more than 800T punch.
