3-in-1 Uncoiler straigtener feeder adopts a computer NC control system with a more user-friendly design. It is suitable for feeding and straightening various metal sheets; this type of machine is mainly used for straightening materials with a thickness of 0.6~6.0mm, and the stick system generally adopts 7 The maximum width of the corresponding material is 2000mm. It is suitable for continuous stamping processing of various hardware, electronics, electrical appliances, molds, and auto parts, feeding correction, accuracy, and durability; In the die, there is no need for manual feeding, saving labor, and high safety.
The customization of this model is more flexible. If the width of the coil is narrow, double-limit rollers can be customized.
1. 3-in-1 thick plate decoiler straightener feeder machine is specially designed with a back pressure roller set, which is suitable for punching, uncoiling, and leveling feeding of coils with a thickness of 0.6mm to 6.0mm and a width of 70mm to 1300mm.
2. The material frame tile plate adopts a four-blade design, the blade radian is consistent with the inner diameter of the material, the blade surface is hard-plated, smooth, and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use, the inner diameter expansion adopts rotary oil cylinder, hydraulic expansion, The material reel adopts a wedge-shaped slider structure, and at the same time adopts a drum brake, which can effectively prevent the material from being scattered due to the rotational inertia during braking.
3. The discharge width is adjusted by the two stopper rollers with screws. When discharging, the outer stopper roller is lifted by the cylinder to avoid the material, and the material can be loaded and unloaded easily.
4. The straightening roller is made of high-alloy bearing steel, and undergoes a series of heat treatments (quenching and tempering + high-frequency treatment + hard chrome layer) to strictly ensure the rigidity of the straightening roller and the surface finish of the straightening roller, and ensure the correctness of the straightened material during the straightening process. Surface performance, the surface hardness of the straightening roller is as high as HRC60, ensuring high precision and high wear resistance.
5. The feeding port of the leveling feeder head adopts the structure of two-bar pinch feeding and pressing. The motor drives the upper and lower pinch rollers to work through the reducer and sends the material head to the leveling host.
6. Four worm gears and worms are used for adjustment, which drives the upper slider to move up and down, to realize the adjustment of the pressing amount. An adjustment dial is attached to the adjustment handwheel to accurately display the adjustment amount.
7. The feeding outlet is equipped with a supporting material guide rail device so that the leveled material can enter the mold stably and straightly for work. (This unit is removable)
8. The lift of the fuselage adopts a four-worm electric drive to lift and lower, and the height of the feeding line can be easily adjusted.
