MAC3 3-in-1 uncoiler straightener feeder adopts a 3-in-1 structure and consists of an automatic material rack (decoiler), an automatic material straightener machine, a CNC feeder, etc. It can be used for continuous shearing with ordinary shearing machines and continuous die feeding with punching machines. This type of machine is mainly used for straightening materials with a thickness of 0.3~4.5mm. Generally, 7 or 9 sticks are used for the stick system, and the maximum width of the corresponding material is 1000mm. It is widely used in the hardware and auto parts industries. At present, there are customized 600mm models, and the maximum feeding times can reach 85SPM.
