MAC2 3-in-1 decoiler Straightener feeder adopts the lower feeding method, which is suitable for punching, uncoiling, and leveling feeding of medium and thin sheet coils with a thickness of 0.3 to 3.2mm width of 50mm to 800mm. The realization of super flatness The adoption of 11 working rollers (upper 6/lower 5) realizes the highest level of flatness in the field of medium and thin plates and medium and thick plates. It can serve precision high-speed punch presses with increased demand.
For models over 500mm in this series, a feeding arm and an inlet pressing device will be added to assist feeding; the direct-drive variable frequency control gear motor makes it easier to change the correction speed to match the production line speed. In addition, the adoption of high-precision gears without chain and direct drive enables the working rollers to run smoothly even when the dynamics reach the limit. 1. Integration of material rack, Straightener, and feeder: strong complete set, reasonable and compact combination, which can save space and space to the greatest extent.

High-precision design ensures zero wear of the material: the four-blade design of the material rack part, the blade radian is consistent with the inner diameter of the material, the blade surface is hard-plated, smooth, and wear-resistant, the blade width ≥ 200mm, thickness ≥ 18mm; damage the material.
3. Perfect lubrication system: The leveling and feeding are equipped with butter pumps, which can refuel the gears regularly, and there are refueling points on the components that move frequently to ensure stable lubrication of the equipment.
4. There are 11 leveling rollers, and high-strength rolling bearing steel GCr15 is used. After quenching and tempering treatment, high-frequency quenching, the surface hardness can reach HRC60-62 degrees after hard chrome plating, and the dimensional accuracy is 0.01mm. The rigidity and surface finish of the leveling rollers ensure the surface properties of the material being leveled during the leveling process.
5. The material on the rack is controlled by the contrast photoelectric below. The leveling feeder head can be leveled while sending the material with the preset feeding length to the punching die. Instantly relax the material action, press down forcefully, and guide the material accurately.
