The feeding line is mainly for continuous mold automated production. The production process of the feeding line: Crane loading – Read QR – Rotate main shaft – Uncoiling – (Cutting) Straightening – Feeding – Stamping – Output products. There are two working modes : one is the automatic running mode, and the other is the manual mode (adjustment mode). The automatic running mode, which moves continuously in a circular order, has an interlock function with the press machine. The manual mode supports full functionality through manual control buttons. Switching between manual and automatic modes is fast and straightforward. The machine is installed directly next to the press feeding side, ensuring simple operation and minimal space usage.
Decoiler: It is a specialized device for leveling metal sheets. Its body is constructed with a welded box-type structure and comprises components such as the main spindle, material press arm, limit rollers, and photoelectric sensors. The material press arm tightens the coil while preventing it from loosening. During automatic operation, the press roller automatically adjusts speed according to changes in the material coil diameter to match the linear speed of the rollers and the coil, thereby preventing the coil from unraveling.
Straightener Feeder: It is primarily designed for leveling and feeding materials, commonly used for fixed-length shearing of leveled metal sheets. The leveling rollers consist of work rollers, guide rollers, backup rollers, and feeding rollers. The work rollers undergo a specialized surface treatment to enhance durability and performance. The set values can be directly stored in the system database, allowing for automatic adjustment upon subsequent use by simply inputting the mold or product number.
Material Support Rack: The material support rack is equipped with wear-resistant Foley wheels to ensure reliable conveyance of the coils from the fixed-length cutting point to the mold. Depending on the mold requirements, a telescopic material support rack can be selected. The end of the material support rack features a telescopic handle that can be manually extended to reach the edge of the press and further extended to the edge of the press bolster.
Looper: After being leveled, the coil passes through the looper, forming a buffer zone (compensation loop) to compensate for the speed difference between the continuous operation of the coil in the uncoiling and leveling section and the intermittent action when entering the blanking and punching die. This eliminates tension between machine frames and enhances the precision of the production materials.
