The MAC1 3-in-1 uncoiler straightener feeder is composed of three functions material rack, leveling, and feeding into one machine, which saves space. The feeding, feeding, blocking, folding, leveling, feeding, and changing are all performed by one person. It can be completed by point-controlled operation on an independent console, which greatly saves labor, thus effectively solving the problem of uncoordinated leveling and feeding, and achieving high-speed leveling and feeding. At the same time, the overall appearance is strong and beautiful.
The machine adopts the method of bottom-feeding, which is suitable for punching, uncoiling, and leveling feeding of medium and thin plate coils with a thickness of 0.2mm to 3.0mm and a width of 50mm to 400mm. The pressing arm adopts pneumatic pressing to prevent the coil material from loosening, and cooperates with the feeding pressing plate to flatten the material head so that the material can enter the machine smoothly.

The rigidity and surface finish of the leveling rollers ensure the surface properties of the material being leveled during the leveling process.
4. The material on the material rack is controlled by the contrast photoelectric below. The leveling feeder head can be leveled while sending the material with the preset feeding length to the punching die. Instantly relax the material action, press down forcefully, and guide the material accurately.
5. The operation of each auxiliary device is powered by air or electricity, which is simple to operate and easy to maintain. After debugging, the failure rate is low.
