The RGL 2-in-1 uncoiler straightener machine combines the material rack with the medium and thin plate leveling machine, which saves space. The roller material of the two-in-one uncoiler leveling machine is made of bearing steel (SUJ2), which is hard-plated after heat treatment and quenching at HRC60° Chromium regrinding: high hardness, high durability, wear-resistance.
The fine-tuning part adopts a worm gear fine-tuning device, which has high adjustment accuracy, high pressure, and convenient operation. In addition, the leveling machine can easily adjust the working angle, so the feeding angle of the leveling head can be flexibly set according to the existing space and the thickness of the material.
