RNC Servo roll feeder is an intelligent and easy-to-operate feeder on the market that is very popular worldwide. Servo feeders are a popular type of automation equipment designed for complex stamping processes. Compared with the roller feeder, it has obvious advantages. It can realize multiple step-by-step productions of the same stamping process on one punch. The servo feeder can feed metal belts up to 1300mm in width and 6.0mm in thickness, with a maximum feeding speed of 30m/min. The feeding speed reaches 30m/min. Using high concentric mechanical structure and precision parts, combined with the servo control system, can achieve precision feeding performance within 0.1mm.
Servo-controlled feeding speed and feeding step can be adjusted arbitrarily; the relaxation method of the RNC series is mechanical relaxation. The minimum material width of this model can be 100mm. Generally, when the material width exceeds 400 widths, it is recommended that customers use RNC series models. The material width of the RNC model can be 1300mm. The servo control system of this model generally uses the Japanese Yaskawa brand.
1. High-precision feeding: In view of the advent of high-tech industries, computer closed-circuit feedback control is used to ensure the accuracy within ±0.02mm.
2. Stage feeder: 20 groups of different feeding lengths can be input, and each group provides 999 stamping times, which can meet the processing and production of special products (optional).
3. Humanized manual mode: suitable 3-stage manual speed can be input, making it easier for users to operate and accurately feed the material into the mold for positioning.
4. High-efficiency relaxation device: with the cam signal of the punch and simple adjustment of material thickness, the relaxation angle can be quickly set.
5. Setting of feeding length: On the control panel, directly input the feeding length to achieve the required feeding distance.
6. Feeding mechanism: The roller adopts a hollow type, lightweight, small rotational inertia, surface hardness HRC60° hard chrome plating, wear resistance, and long life.
7. There are key digital codes for feeding length and feeding speed, which the operator can set arbitrarily, quickly, and accurately. Feeding length can be 0.1mm – 9999.99mm.
8. The mechanical relaxation method is adopted (the relaxation point is accurate), which can be used for a long time with zero failure.
