1. One-way bearing
(1)Embedded with superhard alloy and matched with roller bearings, it has wear resistance, stability, high precision, and long life.
(2)The gears are heat-treated at HRC60° and then precision ground, with high transmission accuracy.
2. Roller
(1)It adopts hollow type, lightweight, and small rotary inertia, which can stop immediately to ensure feeding accuracy.
(2)After heat treatment HRC60° hard chrome plating and grinding, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, long life.
3. Disc brakes (general brakes)
(1)Adopt an advanced clutch to make the two sides of the plate fully contact, long life, good stability, and high precision.
4. Reverse device
(1) The structure is the same as that of the one-way device, which can control the lower wheel quite accurately, and the lower wheel will not have the slightest backward phenomenon when used for a long time, and the stability and precision are quite high.
(2) The brake failure will not cause the next wheel to reverse and the feeding distance to be inaccurate because of the residual oil splashed during stamping.
(3) It is not easy to generate high heat.
(4) With super hard alloy and rollers, it is not easy to wear.
(5) The action mode is that the rollers move in a circular motion instead of a linear motion such as four guide posts, so there will be no seizing.
(6) The friction force is small, the required transmission torque is relatively reduced, and the transmission mechanism is less likely to be damaged.
(7) If the reverse device is equipped, the speed can reach 30 m/min, generally 20 m/min, which improves the efficiency by 50%.
