It is especially suitable to match with an S-type leveler, gear feeder, and high-speed punching machine to form a high-speed synchronous stamping line for the motor stator and EI piece.
The mechanical structure and control system of the RNC-HA Servo Roll Feeder are separate, and the relaxation method is pneumatic relaxation. Because of the structural problem of pneumatic relaxation, the cylinder is too large, 100 is not easy, and the minimum width is 200mm.
Controlled by a computer closed-circuit feedback system, 20 groups of different feeding lengths can be input, each group provides 999 stamping times, and the accuracy is guaranteed to be within 0.03mm, which meets the processing and production of special products.
After the feeder is installed, when the horizontal position of the feeding height is inconsistent with the punching die, there will be an adjustment amount of about 100mm for adjustment. The horizontal position of the feeder can be changed, and after reaching the appropriate position, tighten the screws.

5. Through CCS (Computer Controlled Servo System), a variety of numerical controls that were impossible in the past have been realized with high precision, and quick and accurate operations can be performed simply.
6. Using Japan Yaskawa (Mitsubishi) servo motor, Mitsubishi PLC and touch control panel for control, long service life, high precision, simple and fast operation, effectively shortening work preparation time and improving productivity.
7. The feeding roller is made of bearing steel (most domestic manufacturers use 45# steel). After high frequency, quenching and hard chrome plating, the surface hardness can reach HRC60-62℃.
