It can also be used for loading metal coils in different industries such as metal coil slitting lines and plant metal tile forming lines. The heavy-duty uncoiler is commonly used in standard heavy-duty uncoiler and hydraulic heavy-duty uncoiler. It can be applied to various plate material volumes with material weight 0-20T. It is suitable for the collection and placement of various coils. Both thin plate metal and non-metallic materials can be used. With the use of punching machine, it saves manpower, material resources and reduces costs, and the effect is particularly good.
The heavy material frame is welded from steel plate, which is useful for long-distance bearing support points without force or power. The bearing coil material is supported by the four sides of the ceramic tile plate, and the coil material is usually tightened upward by hand crank. For heavier coil materials, there is also oil pressure expansion, and in order to facilitate the loading of coil materials, there is also an oil pressure loading vehicle. Most machines in the electronic control part do not add frequency converters for speed regulation. Only for heavier material frames can frequency converters be added for adjustment.
The mandrel expansion and contraction are available in manual, pneumatic and hydraulic types respectively. The desired model can be selected according to the width and weight of the coil. Generally, when the material thickness is close to 2.0mm, consider the need to increase the pressure arm device, because at this time the material tension material weight exceeds 2T, consider increasing the hydraulic expansion. Our heavy-duty uncoiler is equipped with a compression arm to keep the coil tight during the uncoiling process. The support arm can also be used for thick materials. In addition, the uncoiler has a wire breaking system to avoid the coil from loosening. For this purpose, we have also added a circuit control device placed under the coil.
