It provides reliable equipment for the realization of intelligent manufacturing and fills the blank of high-end cutting and blanking equipment in China. The technology reaches the domestic leading and international advanced level.
Ruihui has developed the uncoiling and blanking laser cutting production line to provide an overall system of uncoiling – leveling – dynamic cutting until unloading, which replaces the traditional work mode of uncoiling and then shearing, then transporting to the laser cutting station for cutting, and then manually unloading the material afterward. This improves the utilization rate of the coil and minimizes labor requirements, which can reduce costs.
