Commissioning a 3-in-1 feeder machine typically involves the following steps:
1). Turn on the straightening machine or data rack, and release the data slowly.
2). Put the relaxation handle on the table, put the material into the upper and lower rollers, put down the relaxation handle, loosen the fixing screw of the material thickness adjustment handle, adjust the handle up and down, let the relaxation bracket have about 5mm swinging gap, and then lock the handle fixing screw. (Note: If there is no gap in the relaxation bracket, the material will not be pressed tightly and will slip, constituting a material feeding ban. And when the thickness of the material has changed, it is necessary to readjust.
3). The role of the pressure material spring is to exert pressure on the upper roller so that the upper roller can press the material and send the material out, so the pressure should be based on the principle that the material will not slip. The pressure should be bigger when the material is thick.
4). After setting the feeding length, look at the practice condition and set the feeding speed accordingly, the setting method will be introduced later.
5). After the parameters of feeding are set, the feeding length is not the same as the set value because of the approximate number, so it should be in manual form, according to the feeding test, and punching machine. Stroke. Punching. Adjust the feeding length.
6). When the top of the guide pin in the mold enters the guide pin hole, you can adjust the relaxation screw until it touches the bearing of the relaxation bracket, until the material relaxation stops, and lock the screw nut (pneumatic relaxation feeder, it should be adjusted to relax the point of view, that is, despise the dead ± 15°)
7). The feeding start is adjusted by the rotating cam of the punching machine, the so-called feeding start signal is to start feeding with which point of view of the crankshaft of the punching machine, the recommended value of the feeding point of this machine is 9 points to 3 points (240°-90°).
8). After the setup is finished, you should test the die with a single punch first and adjust it well before continuous production.
