We design and produce a double uncoiler machine with a double uncoiling device. Double-headed material uncoiler is a new type of uncoiling equipment professionally developed to improve the efficiency of the stamping production line, which has two mandrels and can uncoil from two heads, significantly reducing the time of material change, increasing the production capacity, and reducing the production cost, and also has the advantages of high-speed rate feeding and no deformation feeding. Powered duplex uncoiler, consisting of three parts: frame, spindle box, and loading frame, with integral spindle box and long axis distance support with double shaft structure, the double-headed uncoiler can significantly reduce material handling time by allowing the operator to prepare a second material roll on the machine, and when the uncoiling of the first roll is completed, the second roll can be switched to the production line in a very short time. After connecting the new reel to the line, the operator will have a long time to prepare the other reel for loading, which is especially useful when time is of the essence.
Trolley
Loading and unloading heavy coils during production can be difficult and unsafe. For this reason, we offer a loading dolly that automatically loads and unloads coils. The loading dolly is hydraulically driven and works on a rail. It is equipped to prevent coils from tipping over.
