We design and produce a double uncoiler machine with a double uncoiling device. Powered duplex uncoiler, consisting of three parts: frame, spindle box, and loading frame, with integral spindle box and long axis distance support with double shaft structure, the double-headed uncoiler can significantly reduce material handling time by allowing the operator to prepare a second material roll on the machine, and when the uncoiling of the first roll is completed, the second roll can be switched to the production line in a very short time. After connecting the new reel to the line, the operator will have a long time to prepare the other reel for loading, which is especially useful when time is of the essence.

Loading and unloading heavy coils during production can be difficult and unsafe. For this reason, we offer a loading dolly that automatically loads and unloads coils. The loading dolly is hydraulically driven and works on a rail. It is equipped to prevent coils from tipping over.
