The leveling machine continuously changes the bending direction of the strip to unload the internal stress of the plate through multiple positive and negative bending corrections of the strip, so as to achieve the purpose of straightening and leveling the plate, and provide a high-quality flat plate for the subsequent stamping process. The mold is the heart of the entire production line, and its various factors directly determine the quality of the finished product. The press powers the punching motion of the die during production, and its parameters determine the processing speed and the forming shearing capability of the die. The stacking part is the finishing process of the whole production line, which is responsible for the neat stacking of the output plates, so that the product stacking is neat and orderly. Among them, the beating strength, position and beating frequency of each beater have a great influence on the quality of the finished sheet.

Improve material utilization.
By developing the uncoiling blanking die, reasonable layout can also improve the material utilization rate. Improve product quality and reduce bumps and scratches
The manual blanking operation will cause some scratches to the finished product, and the automatic uncoiling blanking line can reduce the bumps and scratches caused by manual blanking by about 30%. The main reason for the scratches on the surface of the sheet caused by manual blanking is that the blanking piece is easy to collide with the mold positioning device during the reclaiming process. During the blanking process, the blanking sheet is bumped and scratched.

Reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency
Most of the car cover parts are produced by blanking process. For example, the side wall production of a certain model adopts manual blanking when the uncoiling blanking line is not used, and the upper and lower parts are manually operated. The labor intensity is very high, the production efficiency is low, and the surface quality cannot be guaranteed. . Now the uncoiling + blanking is adopted, which greatly improves the product quality and production efficiency.

Reduce operator scratching accidents
Due to the large size of the car cover, such as the side wall of a certain model reaching 1700mm × 3210mm, when manual blanking is used, the operator is easy to scratch the wrist during the process of upper and lower parts (if the labor insurance is fully worn). According to statistics, before a certain factory put into operation an automatic uncoiler line, every year, especially in summer, almost every batch of production of large covering parts such as side walls has a different degree of wrist scratch accident. After the automatic uncoiler line is adopted, the safety accident caused by the blanking process is zero.
